Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We always try to provide the highest level of service whenever possible. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately; And please provide as much information as you can about the problem, including your order number, the name of the affected products, and whether you prefer a refund or replacement. We will respond to you as quickly as possible.

Return postage and Processing

We accept returns and exchanges, as long as the product packaging has not been damaged; the tags (if applicable) are still intact; and for health & hygiene reasons, if you are returning Intimate items (i.e. underwear), the hygiene seals (if applicable) are still intact.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs, unless your return is the result of our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item, etc.). If item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Once we receive your return, we will issue a credit or refund within 30 days. Please bear in mind that it can take several days for the transaction to appear on your account, depending on your banking institution.

For any return or exchanges, Please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and dispatch items back within 21 days of delivery

Unauthorized Returns and Worn Garments

Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for unauthorized returns. To avoid this, please Contact Us to confirm your return is authorized before sending anything back. If we receive a worn garment or any other return that has not been authorized, your return/exchange will not be processed nor will your used garment or unauthorized return be returned to you.
